To Ulm We Go

After 45 miles with some steep short climbs, we are in the city of Ulm where we will have a rest day, our second after four weeks of touring. I'm looking forward to a day off the bike and four of us decided to get a room at a local hotel, the Hotel Anker, in the heart centre of the city near the cathedral, the Munster. It should be a great stay with plenty of shops and eateries nearby. The other five are camping nearby along the Danube River. Today, the four of us, Doug, Adrian, Martin, and I, stopped to help fix the bike of two local woman tourist, sisters. They didn't speak English very well, but they were thankful. First two pictures are of Ulm and the last three is our hotel.
